Atomic radii table

Information about displayed table/-s:

organics-first-data-entries : Covalent distances are the same as in peak-best-combo method. Covalent radii are first derived from classes constituted only from C, N, O, F, P, S, Se, F, Cl, Br, I elements. Number of observations used as weights.

organics-first-obs-in-first-peak : Covalent distances are the same as in peak-best-combo method. Covalent radii are first derived from classes constituted only from C, N, O, F, P, S, Se, F, Cl, Br, I elements. Numbers of observations in peak preceeding the van der Waals gap are used as weights.

organics-first-obs-per-gap-count : Covalent distances are the same as in peak-best-combo method. Covalent radii are first derived from classes constituted only from C, N, O, F, P, S, Se, F, Cl, Br, I elements. Weights calculated as data entries divided by observations between peaks.

peak-best-check-all-data-entries : Lowest density point between each pair of neighboring peaks is compared. Middle of the peak before the gap with the lowest value is determined to be the atomic bond length.

peak-best-combo-data-entries : For elements from the groups 1 and 2, peak-best-first-two approach is used. For remaining elements, peak-best-check-all approach is used.

peak-best-combo-large-classes : peak-best-combo method for classes with 1000+ observations.

peak-best-combo-obs-in-first-peak : Number of obervations in vdW gap preceding peak is used as weight.

peak-best-combo-old : Results before data was updated.
